GULFPORT, Miss.--Feb. 9, 2022--Mississippi State University graduate Gracie Weatherly recently started a website called Coastal Guide. This website brings together those residents of the coast as well as guiding tourists their way around the MS Gulf Coast.
Coastal Guide is meant to help tourists know about events going on the coast like Cruisin’ the Coast, Mardi Gras, and more. Weatherly also blogs about her restaurant experiences. Coastal Guide followers can also leave comments and suggestions for places to go, things to do, and places to eat along the coast.
Weatherly has a background of her Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelor’s in communications with a concentration in public relations both from MSU. As of right now, Coastal Guide is just Weatherly, but she hopes it will one day grow into something bigger.
“I love where I’m from; it’s something I’m proud of,” Weatherly said, “And I want everyone else to know how awesome the MS Gulf Coast really is.”
